- 12-hour rotating shifts (1st & 3rd: 8 AM–8 PM / 8 PM–8 AM)
- 3-2-4 schedule with 8 days off after every rotation
- Minimum 2 years of textile manufacturing experience
- High school diploma or GED - preferred
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Capability to perform tasks while standing for the duration of the shift
- Comfortable working in uncommon postures as required by the role
- Perform creel/tie-in filling and fabric inspections
- Repair filling and warp stops efficiently
- Complete daily communication worksheets accurately
- Maintain high standards of fabric quality throughout production
