Class A CDL Driver (Full-Time)
Location: Atlanta Healthcare Laundry Facility

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Full-Time Class A CDL Driver for our Atlanta Healthcare Laundry facility . This individual must demonstrate sound judgment quick decision-making and strong communication skills. If youre committed to high performance and continuous improvement wed love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect finished linen carts and transport them to the back dock.

• Load delivery trucks by pushing carts onto the assigned vehicle.

• Deliver clean linen products to healthcare clients.

• Transport soiled linen back to the plant for processing.

• Comply with all federal state and local D.O.T. regulations.

• Adhere to OSHA safety standards related to bloodborne pathogens.

• Coordinate daily delivery activities with Transportation Plant Managers and Team Leaders.

• Maintain flexibility to adapt to operational changes and unscheduled events.

• Conduct routine vehicle maintenance ensure cleanliness and disinfect after transporting soiled linen.

• Work rotating shifts as scheduled.

• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL license.

• Clean driving record.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• 23 years of experience in a manufacturing production or service environment.

• Previous experience as a commercial driver is required.

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.

• Strong analytical ability to manage order quantities accurately.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced noisy environment.

• Physical ability to stand walk bend stoop twist and reach for extended periods.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull carts weighing up to 400 pounds over distances up to 60 yards.

• Strong customer service organization interpersonal and communication skills.

• Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
