We are a Home Care Agency looking for an ethusiastic Office Manager to manage daily administrative operations.
Job duties will include:
Answering and addressing employee/client quries and compaints
Provide administrative support to staff, oversee administrative personnel, and delegate tasks.
Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
Serve as the main point of contact for visitors and external providers
Provide regular updates to upper management
Essential Skills
Organizational & Planning Skills: Manage multiple tasks, maintain filing systems, and organize events effectively.
Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with staff, management, and external contacts. (Excellent spoken english is essential).
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Address issues, resolve conflicts, and make sound decisions.
Leadership & Team Management: Guide and support administrative staff and collaborate with other departments.
Technical Proficiency: Utilize various software and technology for administrative tasks.
Adaptability: Be flexible and able to adjust to changing office needs and priorities
Qualifications
- Bachleor's Degree or Higher in Bussiness or related field
- 3 years of Relevant experience
- Knowledge or experience of Medicaid Waiver Programs preferable
This is an In-office Position, with no hybrid or work from home option. Our office is located in Marietta, GA.
