Schedule: Monday – Thursday

Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm

Staff Right is currently hiring Production Associates for a growing manufacturing company in Flowery Branch, GA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a clean, organized, and team-oriented facility that manufactures high-quality indoor and outdoor fabric window shades.

We are looking for dependable candidates who are eager to learn, willing to be cross-trained, and interested in growing with the company.

Steel Machine Operator (1)

Aluminum Machine Operator (1)

Fabric Production Associate (2)

Job Responsibilities

Operate and monitor automated production equipment.

Load steel and aluminum materials into cutting machines.

Measure, cut, and assemble components according to specifications.

Feed fabric into automated welding and cutting machines.

Perform quality inspections on finished products.

Assist in multiple departments as needed.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

Manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred but not required.

Must be willing to learn multiple job functions and be cross-trained.

Ability to lift heavy materials in certain departments.

Strong attention to detail.

Dependable with excellent attendance.

Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

PPE Requirements

Steel-toe shoes or boots are required.

Safety glasses, earplugs, and gloves are provided by the company.
