Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities:
∙ Responding to client inquiries with professionalism and care
∙ Coordinating bookings, reservations, and scheduling requests
∙ Maintaining accurate records and data entry
∙ Delivering a seamless, positive client experience
∙ Communicating with clients via phone, email, or text
