Wellness Travel Consultant
Position Summary
We are seeking a Remote Wellness Planning Consultant to support clients in planning and coordinating wellness-focused travel experiences. This role involves researching, organizing, and confirming travel-related services, including accommodations, wellness retreats and spas, venue reservations, flights, and ground transportation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand travel goals, preferences, and budget considerations
- Research destinations, accommodations, wellness experiences, transportation options, and activities tailored to individual client needs
- Coordinate and confirm bookings for accommodations, transportation, and related services
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding itineraries, documentation, and travel details
- Maintain accurate client records and booking information
- Stay informed on destination updates, travel advisories, and industry offerings
- Provide ongoing customer support before and during travel, as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable using online booking platforms and standard office software
- Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
- Previous experience in hospitality, travel coordination, customer service, or a related field is preferred
