Job Summary:
The Busser supports hospitality operations by maintaining clean, organized dining and event areas during audit-related functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless guest experience by assisting servers, resetting tables, and upholding service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for hospitality events, meetings, or meals during audit assignments - Ensure consistent availability of clean tableware, linens, and service supplies
- Support servers by delivering water, condiments, and additional items to guests as needed
- Monitor cleanliness of floors, furniture, and service stations, taking corrective action when necessary
- Coordinate with the hospitality team to ensure timely service and smooth event flow
- Assist in transporting food and beverage supplies between service areas when needed
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in all work areas

- Familiarity with basic hospitality and dining service procedures
