Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours (06:30 - 19:00) Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Required Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Circulate and scrub experience required Description: The candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the operating room. 1st timers are accepted. The patient population includes adults to geriatrics. The role involves circulating and scrubbing for various surgical specialties including general, neuro, spine, ortho, robotics, urology, vascular, and colorectal. The unit consists of 16 operating rooms with an average daily census of 35. Candidates should have experience with Epic, Pyxis, and robotics systems. Scrub color will be provided by the facility. Time off requests are limited to a maximum of 7 days. Candidates can expect to work an average of 2-3 weekend shifts per contract period. Call requirements are approximately 7-8 calls in a 6-week schedule, plus 1 weekend call and 1-2 weekend shifts. If assigned to work during major holidays, the candidate is expected to work as required. Full compliance with onboarding requirements is necessary to start on time. A clinical screen will be performed to assess the candidate's fit for the role. Candidates with local residency are accepted at the same rate. About Cynet Health
