Strategic Routing: Work closely with your supervisor to sharpen route efficiencies. You aren't just following a map; you’re looking for ways to improve how we serve our customers.
Safety Leadership: Navigate tight sites and high-traffic areas with a Zero-Accident mindset. Identify and report site hazards before performing a task to ensure the safety of yourself and the public.
Brand Ambassador: Maintain a professional appearance and a customer-first demeanor. As a GFL driver, you are the primary point of contact for our clients on the road.
Detailed Documentation: Maintain accurate digital and paper records of services performed, route sheets, and daily truck reports.

Safety Record: Must meet all company standards for safety-sensitive functions and demonstrate total control of the vehicle and equipment during a road test.
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Technical Proficiency: Ability to operate various heavy-duty vehicles and understand hydraulic equipment systems.
Problem Solvers: Ability to apply common-sense reasoning to solve field problems and navigate on-the-fly challenges.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for reporting inspections, hazards, and daily paperwork.
