The Role: Based in our Newnan facility, we are seeking a Multicraft Maintenance Technician who is comfortable with mechanical troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment, but who is especially skilled with industrial electrical systems and components. While you'll be comfortable troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical issues across our plastic injection and metal stamping divisions, we are specifically looking for someone with above-average industrial electrical skills to lead complex diagnostic efforts.

Your Mission

• Master the Machine: Install, modify, and repair a diverse fleet of production equipment, from precision injection mold machinery to heavy hydraulic presses.

• Electrical & Mechanical Troubleshooting: Use your advanced electrical "detective" skills to diagnose failures in control systems and automated components, while remaining hands-on with hydraulics and pneumatics.

• Support the Build: Partner with R&D and Quality Control teams on data collection, equipment optimization to ensure the line stays at peak performance.

What You Bring to the Shop

• The Experience: 4+ years in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.

• Electrical Focus: A strong industrial electrical background (wiring, circuits, sensors, three-phase motors, delta vs wye configurations, and diagnostics) is a core requirement for this specific role.

• Multicraft Skills: High proficiency in mechanical repairs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

The Role

Join our Newnan-based manufacturing team (Metal Press & Injection Mold). We are seeking a Mid-Senior Level Tech to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery and facility systems. No travel. M-F. Set Schedule, either 2nd or 3rd Shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance: Install, modify, and repair metal/plastic manufacturing equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose process issues; develop preventive and corrective actions.

• Support: Assist R&D, Quality Control, and data collection; support Kaizen, 5S, and TPM activities.

• Efficiency: Reduce equipment downtime to meet safety and productivity targets.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance (Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics).

• Skills: Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; strong technical problem-solving.

• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
