Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Service Account Coordinator to support client accounts and ensure the smooth delivery of services. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams, helping maintain strong relationships while ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities for assigned client accounts
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments
- Monitor account performance and ensure service standards are met
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and client documentation
- Assist in resolving client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Support account managers with administrative and operational tasks
- Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are consistently achieved
