Compensation:
Competitive base salary starting in the mid-$400K range, with potential for higher earnings, plus benefits and substantial paid time off.
Schedule:Full-time position, days with rotating weekends
About the Organization:- Our client is an established healthcare provider offering comprehensive acute care services through a regional hospital setting. The organization supports a collaborative, physician-friendly environment with modern clinical resources and a strong emphasis on quality care.
- The anesthesia team operates within a well-supported perioperative model, providing broad exposure to cases across multiple surgical specialties.
Core responsibilities include
- Delivering anesthesia services across diverse surgical cases, including pediatric, orthopedic, urology, bariatric, general surgery, OB, and GYN procedures
- Supervising CRNAs within a medical direction model
- Supporting perioperative patient care before, during, and after procedures
- Collaborating closely with surgical teams and hospital staff
- Participating in a rotating schedule, including weekend coverage
Candidates should meet the following core requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency program
- Eligible for medical licensure in a relevant U.S. jurisdiction
- Experience or comfort working within a CRNA supervision model
- Strong clinical and collaborative skills
