ACTION AIR on beautiful Wilmington Island in Savannah, GA is growing, and we’re looking for an outstanding Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our family-oriented team!

This is a full-time position for a Savannah-area resident who is familiar with Savannah and surrounding areas for dispatching purposes.

Position Highlights

✅ Full-time (40+ hours per week, including on-call rotation)
✅ CSRs are averaging $24+ per hour when weekly performance incentives are included
✅ Unique CSR structure— not your typical call-center role

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Office experience required
• Dispatching experience preferred (but not required)
• HVAC experience is a PLUS! ❄️
• Bookkeeping experience is a plus
• Goal-oriented and incentive-driven
• Strong time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word & Excel required)
• Typing speed: 60–80 WPM ⌨️
• Home computer with reliable internet access required
• Must be honest, reliable, punctual, ethical, and self‐motivated
• Ability to work independently and perform under pressure
• Strong focus on quality, professionalism, integrity, and customer service
• Stable work history required
