Extrusion Manager

The Extrusion Manager is responsible for leading the plastic extrusion operations from start to finish, ensuring production performance, process optimization, quality consistency, safety, and team development. This role offers strategic and operational oversight of extrusion lines while serving as the technical authority for extrusion processes, tooling, and continuous improvement.

• Lead plastic extrusion operations with a focus on production performance and process optimization.
• Ensure quality consistency and safety standards are met.
• Provide strategic and operational oversight of extrusion lines.
• Serve as the technical authority for extrusion processes and tooling.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and mentor the team to achieve operational excellence.

• 7 years of experience in plastic manufacturing.
• 5 years of leadership experience.
• Proficiency in injection mold, blow mold, extrusion, cast film, and plastic manufacturing processes.

• Experience with extruders, screw bars, and blown film processes.
• PVC experience.

Industrial, non-climate controlled environment. First shift, 50 hours a week.

This is a Permanent position based out of Atlanta, GA.

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Atlanta,GA.
