Registered Nurse – Pediatric Oncology

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Location: 2220 N. Druid Hills Road, Atlanta, GA 30329
Schedule: 3x12 Day Shifts | 36 Hours/Week
Position Type: Weekend Block Position

Shift Details

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Required to work every Saturday and Sunday
• Third weekly shift will be scheduled based on unit needs, most likely Monday or Friday
• ASAP Starts Only

Unit Overview

Pediatric Hematology/Oncology unit seeking experienced RNs who can provide safe, compassionate patient care while delivering excellent customer service. Nurses are expected to work collaboratively with the care team and support overall unit operations beyond individual assignments.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Required Pediatric Hematology/Oncology experience
• BMT (Bone Marrow Transplant) experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• APHON Chemotherapy certification required
• Active RN license required at time of submission
• NURSYS license verification required for all active RN licenses
• RTO (Requested Time Off) must be included at submission
• Epic EMR experience required
• Flu vaccination required — no exemptions accepted

• Nicotine-Free Facility — nicotine testing included in drug screening
