Clinical Therapist Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Therapist Manager to oversee clinical and administrative functions within our behavioral health services. This is an in-person role based in Martinez, GA, offering the opportunity to provide leadership while maintaining direct client interactions through a mix of in-office and telehealth appointments.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of Associate and Licensed providers in an outpatient telehealth and hybrid program.

Ensure high-quality delivery of mental health services while maintaining compliance with ethical and professional standards.

Provide clinical supervision and support to assist with patient assessment and care coordination.

Conduct quality assurance reviews of client records, including intakes, assessments, diagnostic evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Implement and maintain quality assurance systems and performance metrics.

Collaborate with leadership to oversee billing operations and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Maintain compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and other state and local regulations.

Assist with the hiring and training process for clinical and administrative staff.

Monitor and evaluate program performance data to support professional development.

Facilitate in-person monthly group supervision meetings.

Maintain a caseload of 15 clients per week through a combination of in-office and telehealth sessions.

Participate in case conferences and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance service quality.

Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

Minimum two years of clinical management and supervisory experience.

Experience with mental health clinic regulations and billing procedures in Georgia.

Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with referral sources, local agencies, and community partners.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

High level of personal and professional integrity.

Proficiency in using computer systems and electronic health records.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.

Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
