RBT -- REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN JOBS THROUGHOUT METRO ATLANTA AREA

KISS ABA Therapy is seeking professional, compassionate, and EXPERIENCED RBTs (FULL & PART-TIME) to provide direct ABA therapy in our clinic, school, daycare and community.

LOCATIONS : throughout Metro Atlanta (including Roswell/Alpharetta, East Cobb, Marietta, Kennesaw, Acworth, Dallas, Cumming, Norcross, Stone Mountain, Decatur, Doraville, Union City, College Park, Stockbridge, McDonough, Conyers, Covington just to name a few!)
HOURS : both Part-Time and Full-Time
HOURLY RATE: very competitive, commensurate with experience, starting at $25/hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide direct client care utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) protocols to implement the treatment plan developed by the BCBA.
• Accurately collect and track behavioral data during direct observations using designated data collection systems.
• Assist with the monitoring, implementation, and adjustment of behavioral assessments and intervention protocols.
• Assist clients in developing and maintaining activities of daily living (ADLs) to increase independence and quality of life.
• Support skill acquisition and promote positive behaviors while reducing behaviors that interfere with daily functioning.
• Communicate case-related updates and concerns to the supervising BCBA through clear written and verbal communication.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• 1 year experience as a certified RBT providing ABA therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Active RBT certification (in good standing)
• Ability to provide, assess, interpret, and communicate client-specific data in response to treatment protocols.
• Strong organizational and time management skills along with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
