Location: Stone Mountain, GA (Hybrid) : As the Customer Order Support I, you will works under close to moderate supervision, with minimal latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. You may also assist others in performing job duties of increasing complexity. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Resolve basic issues through phone/email/salesforce cases with occasional assistance
• Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback
• Honor company's SLAs and ensure all assigned tickets are resolved well within the deadline or re-assigned for assistance.
• Receive and process Service Parts and Standard Equipment orders for entry
• Resolve Basic customer service problems.
• Maintain activity logs, files, and reports on services.
• Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams
• Basic Product Knowledge Training. (Minimum passing Grade of 75% or higher.)
• Understands information concerning company programs and procedures.
• Understands rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Learn corporate organization and begin networking and understanding key roles and contacts

Qualifications: WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:

• Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening skills.
• Ability to learn and understand technical terminology.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.
• Able to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and focused on details.
• Requires limited knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services.
• Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $33,000 - $43,000 and will be based on the candidate's qualification, experience, and education.
