Administrative Assistant - Accounting Firm
- Client Relations: Serve as the "face of the firm" by warmly greeting clients upon arrival and managing a multi-line phone system with professionalism.
- Tax Logistics: Facilitate the intake and distribution of sensitive documents, assisting clients with the secure drop-off and pick-up of tax returns.
- Proactive Communication: Call clients to provide status updates and confirm when tax returns are finalized and ready for professional review.
- Office Support: Maintain an organized office through light filing, sorting and distributing mail, and general administrative upkeep.
- Workflow Management: Ensure client files are staged and ready for the accounting team to maximize efficiency during peak deadlines.
- Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
- Location: Hinesville, GA (On-site)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Environment: Professional, fast-paced, and client-focused.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- A "customer-first" attitude with a high level of patience and empathy.
- Basic proficiency in office software and filing systems.
- Previous experience in an office setting (accounting or legal firm experience is a plus, but not required).
