Service Advisor

We are currently seeking to expand our team by welcoming a highly skilled, competent, and experienced individual to join us as a Service Advisor at our prestigious location in Duluth, Georgia. Job Description: As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guidance to our valued customers regarding their vehicle servicing needs. Working in a fast-paced and high-profile environment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring optimum vehicle performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Engage warmly with customers, actively listening to their concerns and inquiries
• Thoroughly assess customer vehicle issues and accurately document them
• Advise and recommend appropriate vehicle service and repair options
• Generate accurate service estimates and inform customers of associated costs
• Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs
• Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates on the progress of their vehicle repairs
• Ensure that vehicles are delivered to customers promptly and in a clean, presentable condition
• Handle customer complaints and ensure effective resolution

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry
• Extensive knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairs, as well as automotive parts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in computer systems and relevant software programs
• Valid driver's license
