• $73.90 per hour
• Monday–Friday,8am - 5pm & Flexible for Overtime

ROLE IMPACT: The Contract Manager supports enterprise vendor and workforce programs by overseeing contract lifecycle management within a Vendor Management System (VMS). This role ensures contracts are compliant, accurately documented, and executed in alignment with legal, procurement, and operational standards. Success is defined by timely contract processing, risk mitigation, and strong cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage full contract lifecycle, including drafting, redlining, negotiation support, execution, and renewal tracking within a Vendor Management System (VMS).
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, HR, and business stakeholders to ensure contract terms align with compliance, risk, and operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate contract records, audit documentation, and reporting dashboards to ensure data integrity and visibility.
• Monitor key dates, service-level agreements (SLAs), amendments, and renewals to prevent service disruption or compliance gaps.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives related to contract governance and vendor management.

Minimum Qualifications
• 3+ years of contract management, vendor management, or procurement operations experience required.
• Experience working within a Vendor Management System (VMS) or contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform required.
• Strong knowledge of contract terms, risk mitigation principles, and compliance standards required.

• Bachelor's Degree required.

Preferred Skills
• Experience supporting contingent workforce or managed service provider (MSP) programs.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks in enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
