You??l bring expert, compassionate care to postpartum and newborn patients ?? and so much more. As a WEST Float RN, you??l:

• Use the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide evidence-based, individualized care.
• Manage complex clinical situations with confidence and critical thinking.
• Administer medications safely and accurately, always adhering to sterile techniques.
• Partner with patients and families to educate, advocate, and empower.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver consistent, high-quality care across the system.

??/b> What You??l Need to Bring

?? Education:

• Bachelor?? Degree in Nursing or a diploma from an accredited nursing program required.

?? Licensure & Certifications:

• Active RN License (compact or single-state) required.
• BLS & ACLS certifications ?? required and ready to roll!

?? Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on RN experience in a relevant clinical setting

?? Skills:

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and customer service chops
• Quick on your feet and calm under pressure
• Organized, thoughtful, and a total team player
