**What You'll Do:**
+ Monitor and control access to the premises of a manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials and permissions for entry and exit.
+ Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and contractors with access-related inquiries and procedures.
+ Carry out security-related procedures according to site-specific policies and protocols.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following protocols for emergency response.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify potential concerns.
+ Document and report any unusual activity, incidents, or security-related concerns to the appropriate authorities or management.
+ Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal supervisors to maintain a secure environment.
+ Assist in implementing access control measures and monitoring security-related systems as required by the site.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
