Rehab Advantage & Sports Medicine, Inc., a privately owned physical therapy practice , is seeking an enthusiastic, well-organized, and dedicated individual to help support our office operations and ensure smooth daily workflow.

Job Summary

Due to increased growth within our company, we have a current opening in our Metter office that we are excited to offer. We are looking for a flexible energetic and outgoing individual who enjoys being around and helping others who are in need. This is a great position for students gaining experience to apply for physical therapy school.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant and professional relationship with patients
• Prepare and keep treatment areas clean and organized
• Basic Front Desk duties of greeting patients and answering phones
• Scheduling Patients
• Filing and Computer tasks
• Basic Office Clean-up and Maintenance
• Assisting Therapists with Patient set-up for treatment
• Basic Marketing Tasks
• Entering Insurance payments into Computer
• Insurance Benefits Confirmation
• Tracking and Reporting of Key Metrics
