- Installing and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial and industrial environments.
- Reading blueprints and drawings to understand layouts of plumbing, waste disposal, and water supply systems.
- Performing routine maintenance of plumbing systems and troubleshooting system issues.
- Using various tools and equipment to perform their duties, including pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, and plungers.
- Possessing strong mechanical aptitude and excellent troubleshooting skills, along with good communication and interpersonal skills.

- run a scissor lift.
- read tape measure
- able to handle cast iron pipe (120 lbs.)
- Sauder copper tubing
