Lead Preschool Special Ed Teacher

We’re looking for an energetic, talkative, child-friendly Preschool Lead Teacher who loves helping little learners build confidence and skills in preparation for GA Pre-K and beyond .

- Pass Criminal Records Check
- Interview Requirement-As part of the interview process, shortlisted candidates will be invited to conduct a 15–20-minute demonstration lesson in either math or literacy for a preschool classroom. This will assess the candidate’s ability to actively engage children, demonstrate instructional strategies, and manage the classroom environment effectively.
- Education: Minimum of TCC or Assoc in ECE/Special Education or related field (required).
- Experience: minimum 1 year of experience as a Lead Teacher in a licensed childcare or preschool setting (required).
- Knowledge of DECAL/BFTS standards for Georgia early learning programs.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills.
