Maintenance Technician

What you´ll do

  • Preventive Maintenance: Performing routine equipment inspections and servicing to prevent unexpected system failures and costly downtime.
  • Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, issues and executing safe, effective repairs.
  • Safety & Compliance: Adhering to OSHA regulations, including (LOTOTO), wearing required PPE, and maintaining a hazard-free work environment.
  • System Logging: Documenting maintenance logs, equipment parts inventory, and repairs into a workorder system (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
  • Cross-Functional Support: Assisting with facility updates, collaborating with operators on equipment performance, and responding quickly to emergency maintenance requests.

What makes you a good fit

  • Tech/trade school diploma or degree, military training, previous job experience in a similar product environment preferred.
  • Ability to analyze electrical / technical drawings.
  • Mechanical aptitude needed to understand the relationship between PLC logix and mechanical.
  • Complex troubleshooting skills involving: Electrical controls circuits, PLC I/O, PLC logix 500 & 5000, Relay logic, Basic PLC rung edits
  • Documented electrical/electronic skills training for repairs to manufacturing systems. Mechanical skills are a plus (not auto mechanics).

The hourly pay range for this role is $35.00 and $38.00. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
