Senior Product Designer
Onsite 3 days a week - midtown Atlanta, GA
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Product Designer to create user-centered experiences and interfaces that improve end-to-end customer journeys. This role will focus on designing innovative digital experiences that enhance usability, functionality, and overall product quality.
The ideal candidate brings a strong portfolio, deep expertise in UX and product design, and demonstrated proficiency leveraging AI-powered design and productivity tools such as Claude, Replit, or similar technologies.
Required Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience within a product design organization or similar environment
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design execution
Technical Expertise
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Deep understanding of:
- User-centered design methodologies
- UX research practices
- Design processes and frameworks
- Experience creating:
- Wireframes
- Prototypes
- User journey maps
- Information architecture diagrams
- High-fidelity designs
AI & Emerging Technologies
- Demonstrated AI fluency and practical experience using tools such as:
- Claude
- Replit
- ChatGPT
- Other AI-assisted design and productivity platforms

Key Responsibilities
Design & Delivery
- Create user experiences and interfaces for digital products and services
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, and high-fidelity designs
- Produce design specifications ready for engineering implementation
- Ensure consistent user experiences across products and platforms
User-Centered Design
- Apply user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle
- Analyze customer research, business insights, and data to inform decisions
- Conduct industry and competitive research to identify opportunities for improvement
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices
Collaboration
- Partner closely with:

- Cross-functional stakeholders
- Define requirements and deliver solutions that balance user and business needs
Communication & Leadership
- Present design concepts, decisions, and recommendations to stakeholders

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
