The Events Assistant will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. This position requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and work collaboratively with our team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics coordination.

• Support the creation of event timelines, budgets, and detailed project plans.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event elements are executed flawlessly.

• Manage event registration, guest lists, and on-site check-in.

• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and responding to inquiries.

• Assist in post-event activities, such as wrap-up reports and vendor payments.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a supportive role for events, internships included.

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, as required by events.
