We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pool Repair Technician to join our dynamic team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining swimming pool systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help clients enjoy clean, safe, and well-functioning pools all year round. Duties
- Inspect pool equipment and systems to identify issues or failures
- Repair or replace faulty pumps, filters, heaters, valves, and other pool components using hand tools and power tools
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems efficiently to minimize downtime for customers
- Maintain detailed service records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used
- Communicate clearly with clients about repair needs
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment issues
- Experience with equipment repair, including pumps, filters, heaters, and valves
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools necessary for repairs and installations
- Service technician experience in the pool or related industry is highly desired but not required
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to troubleshooting
