Duties

• Inspect pool equipment and systems to identify issues or failures
• Repair or replace faulty pumps, filters, heaters, valves, and other pool components using hand tools and power tools
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems efficiently to minimize downtime for customers
• Maintain detailed service records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used
• Communicate clearly with clients about repair needs

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment issues
• Experience with equipment repair, including pumps, filters, heaters, and valves
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools necessary for repairs and installations
• Service technician experience in the pool or related industry is highly desired but not required
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to troubleshooting
