Staff Accountant/HR Assistant/Bookkeeper
Job Title: Staff Accountant/HR Assistant/Bookkeeper
Who: We are seeking an experienced individual skilled in accounting, HR, and bookkeeping.
What: Perform deposits, payroll assistance, onboarding, employee file maintenance, and other financial and administrative tasks.
When: Immediate hiring for a full-time position requiring 40–42 hours per week.
Where: On-site role (no remote or hybrid option).
Why: To support critical operational and financial functions within our team.
Office Environment: Collaborative and supportive with comprehensive employee benefits.
Salary: $70k–$80k, depending on experience, with benefits including PTO, 2 weeks' vacation, 401K with 3% match, and medical/dental coverage at no cost to the employee.
Position Overview:
● Key Responsibilities: Deposits, payroll assistance, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee files, preparing offer letters, reconciling medical bills, managing accounts payable, and other duties as assigned.
