Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Production Worker in our Roll Forming Plant. You will operate a Roll Former to manufacture gutter down pipes, ensuring safety and quality throughout the process. This role involves machine operation, assembly, and quality inspection tasks, as well as moving finished products to the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Roll Former to manufacture gutter down pipes.
• Prioritize safety in all operations.
• Assemble boxes and add shipping labels.
• Perform visual inspection and measure parts for quality assurance.
• Close boxes and add them to pallets.
• Use a pallet jack to move finished products to the warehouse.
• Understand and operate the RAM pressure machine.
• Utilize hand tools effectively.

Essential Skills

• Previous machine operator experience.
• Proficiency in using a tape measure.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Basic math skills and ability to pass a math test.
• Ability to use hand tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proactive and self-starting attitude.
• Understanding of metal rolling and metal stamping processes.
• Ability to take a basic math test.

Work Environment

Work in a clean, industrial, and large complex. Although the environment is not climate controlled, it offers a dynamic setting with six different plants in the complex, providing ample opportunities for career growth and promotion.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, Georgia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
