We are seeking experienced BPO Sales Agent to join our team in a high-performance, sales-driven environment. In this role, you will engage with low-income individuals, the elderly, and veterans, providing essential healthcare services through outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Make 150-200 outbound calls per day using an automatic dialer
• Achieve a conversion rate of 20-35%
• Leave voicemails when necessary
• Educate and assist prospective clients with Medicare services
• Demonstrate empathy while maintaining a strong focus on sales performance

Requirements

• Active resident Healthcare license in the state of residence
• 1+ years of Medicare sales experience
• Comfort in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment
• Desire to grow within the company and make a positive impact

Compensation & Benefits

• $18/hr during training, increasing to $20/hr post-training
• $50 commission per medical policy written (paid monthly)
• Company-provided equipment

Training & Work Schedule

• Mandatory 3-week training: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5:30 PM EST (on-camera required)
• Choose from the following shifts:
• 8:45 AM–5:30 PM EST (must work 2 late shifts per week)
• 10:15 AM–7 PM EST (must work 1 later shift per week)
• 11:15 AM–8 PM EST

Hiring Process & Conversion Opportunity

• Contract-based with the potential for full-time conversion after 525 hours
