The role also involves managing bookings and reservations, processing payments, and monitoring itinerary changes such as schedule updates or cancellations. The Travel Consultant/Advisor will provide ongoing customer support before, during, and after travel, handle inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, and maintain detailed records in booking and CRM systems.
