Batch Operator ( Cement-Batch 2 Exp)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Batch Operator (Readymix) to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate preparation and batching of concrete mixes according to specified formulations, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency. Your proactive approach will support the seamless operation of a fast-paced environment, contributing to the production of high-quality readymix concrete for various construction projects. • Operate batching equipment to precisely measure and mix raw materials for concrete production.
• Monitor and adjust batching processes to adhere to quality standards and production timelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of batch records, including ingredient quantities and process parameters.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery, ensuring all equipment operates correctly and safely.
• Efficiently handle materials, including loading raw ingredients using forklifts or other handling equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in packaging finished products and preparing them for shipment or storage.
• Collaborate with laboratory personnel for quality testing and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Keep the work area clean, including warehouse spaces and machinery.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, especially in concrete or readymix production, is preferred.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles to enhance processes and minimize waste.
• Capability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CGMP standards and laboratory procedures related to quality control.
• Experience in materials handling, machining, or warehouse operations increases your suitability for this position.
• Strong attention to detail.
