Compensation & Benefits Overview:

• Compensation Model: 35% of collections based on services the doctor performs—an industry-leading model made possible by the practice’s strong referral base and high reimbursement rates.

• Student Loan Assistance: $2,000/month during the first year to support student loan payments while ramping up.

• Relocation Assistance: Negotiable based on individual needs.

• Continuing Education Support: $2,500 annual CE stipend to support travel, coursework, and advanced clinical training.
