Mission Logistics is a contracted FedEx Ground service provider operating out of Augusta, GA. We are a fast-growing team dedicated to safe, efficient package delivery while maintaining a family-style work culture. Our drivers are the face of our company, and we reward dependability, professionalism, and performance.

Position Overview

As a Delivery Driver, you will:

• Load your truck each morning with delivery packages to local residences and businesses.

• Use a handheld scanner (GPS & stop info included) to track and complete deliveries.

• Follow efficient routes and make timely, safe deliveries.

• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety both before and after your next trip.

• Complete scheduled pickups when required.

• Return the truck to the terminal after completing your route.

• Occasionally drive after dark during peak season or when learning a new area.

Workday: Most routes run from 8:00 AM to ~4:30 PM, but shifts may extend until all deliveries are completed (especially during peak season).

Qualifications & Requirements

To be successful, you must:

• Be 21 years or older .

• Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Have a high school diploma or GED.

• Pass a background check , drug screen , and (if required) DOT physical . -- This is important. if you have questions, reach out to to [email protected] and they will field any questions about this)

• Be able to lift up to 150 lbs (with or without a dolly).

• Be reliable — showing up to work daily is required. If consistent attendance is an issue, please seek apployment elsewhere.

• Have a positive attitude and work well with others. --> We have great employees, but we're all human so its important to respect each other

• Be flexible and able to complete routes fully, even if they run later than expected.

• Delivery/courier experience is a plus, but not required — training is provided and paid for!

Compensation

• $100/day during training (1–2 weeks)

• $120–$150/day based on performance (dependability, safety, and efficiency standards)

• Additional pay potential for surpassing route thresholds during peak season

• Weekly pay

Work Location: Augusta, GA (on the road, reporting to local terminal)
