Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years Stepdown RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced nursing care to patients in a PCU environment with stepdown level acuity.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to implement comprehensive patient care plans.
- Utilize ACLS and BLS certifications effectively in emergency and routine patient care situations.
- Document patient information accurately and timely in compliance with hospital policies.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license with proven Stepdown/Progressive Care experience.
- Minimum of two years nursing experience in a hospital of similar size and acuity.
- Successful completion of at least one travel nursing assignment.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
