We are seeking reliable and hardworking Lawn Maintenance Crew Leaderto join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep and appearance of residential and commercial landscapes. You’ll work as part of a crew to perform a variety of landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and general groundskeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate lawn maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers.
Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, weed control, mulching, pruning.
Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear as required.
Assist with seasonal tasks such as leaf removal and planting.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Ensure properties are left neat and clean after service.
Qualifications:
Prior landscaping or lawn care experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
Valid driver’s license a MUST, no recent tickets/accidents
