Order Entry Clerk

Champion Physical Therapy is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Entry Clerk to support our administrative and operational functions across our outpatient clinics. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in processing orders, coordinating with clinical teams, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently enter patient orders into practice management or order management systems.
  

• Ensure all order information—such as patient details, product or service specifications, billing codes, and delivery instructions—is complete and accurate.
  

• Collaborate with therapists, administrative staff, and external vendors to verify order details and resolve discrepancies.
  

• Monitor the status of orders—from initiation through to fulfillment—and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.
  

• Maintain clear, organized records of all order transactions and support ad hoc reporting needs.
  

• Support billing and claims processing by ensuring accurate data capture and liaising with billing staff when necessary.
  

• Assist with documentation audits and quality control activities to uphold standards of accuracy and compliance.
  

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline order workflows.
  

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
  

• Effective written and verbal communication, particularly when coordinating with team members and external contacts.
  

• Comfortable working with electronic systems—such as order management or practice management software—and standard office tools.
  

• Reliable, accountable, and able to operate both independently and collaboratively.
  

• Prior experience in healthcare, billing, or order processing is a plus.
