Audicol Services LLC is currently hiring a Bilingual Bookkeeper ( English & Spanish ) to join our team.

We are looking for a motivated Bilingual Bookkeeper with exceptional communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities:
Data entry, processing, and recording transaction in our Quickbooks Program.
Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, etc.
Assisting with processing payroll
Sales, Use, and Property tax return knowledge.
Being able to communicate with clients as well as make phone calls to departments.

Requirements:

Basic Knowledge of Quickbooks - we provide training.
Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills
Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
Full Time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
