Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Current state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Passion for supporting diverse students and providing inclusive care

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop and implement effective Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Deliver direct therapy in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and allied professionals to optimize student progress
• Monitor, document, and report on student outcomes and therapy effectiveness
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student success
• Provide resources, support, and education for school staff and parents as needed
