Third Shift Production Technician
Start your new career as a Third Shift Production Technician with MAU in Douglasville, GA. As a Third Shift Production Technician, you will operate manufacturing equipment, monitor production processes, inspect finished products, and support a safe and efficient production environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
What We Offer:
Paid training on first shift for the first 3 weeks at $18.00 per hour
Increase to $20.00 per hour upon successful completion of training and transition to third shift
Third Shift Swing Schedule | 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM
Rotating swing shift schedule

What We’re Looking For:
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift materials and equipment as needed
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Reliable transportation required
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
What You’ll Do as a Third Shift Production Technician:
Operate the wire manufacturing and production equipment
Load raw materials into the machinery
Monitor machines during production runs
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Measure materials and verify product specifications
Package and prepare products for shipment
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Assist with additional production duties as needed
