Job Title: General Superintendent / Lead Superintendent
Salary: $200k base+, 401k w/ match, Bonus
Requirements: 5+ years of experience managing data center or mission-critical projects, Procore, Bluebeam or BIM 360, OSHA 30
We're a top ranked firm specializing in large-scale data center projects. We have a super healthy pipeline of local work in the Atlanta market. We've got a big focus on culture and professional development within our team and a ton of growth locally.
We're currently looking to bring an experienced Senior Superintendent or General Superintendent onto our team as we have a few large projects underway and coming up in the market. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of data center or mission critical experience and be looking for a long-term fit.
Packages will include: $200k+ on base, bonus plan, 401k w/ 5% match, and more.
What You Need for This Role:
- 5+ years of experience managing data center or mission-critical projects
- Procore, Bluebeam or BIM 360
- OSHA 30
- Strong tenure and leadership qualities
