Director of Global Revenue Marketing, Manufacturing Operations

Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Marketing, Manufacturing Operations, the Director of Global Revenue Marketing, Manufacturing Operations role is responsible for global Manufacturing Revenue Marketing across all geographies focused on demand generation and pipeline acceleration.
You will develop and own comprehensive marketing strategies that drive key business objectives and pipeline growth for the QAD Manufacturing Operations team. Responsibilities include the development and execution of strategic marketing plans, campaigns, advertising, ABM and events to support marketing contribution goals to the pipeline. This role is accountable for agreed-upon lead generation targets (MQ, SAL, Pipeline) and optimized budget spend.
You will manage, guide and develop a team of field marketers that will plan, lead, execute and report on strategic programs across all geographies.
This role works closely with the Solutions / Vertical Marketing team as SMEs, Corporate Marketing, Rev Ops for Analytics and marketing automation. A strong collaborative relationship with Sales at all levels and the Business Development organization is necessary for success.
This is a remote role that must be located in the continental U.S. and will have 10-15% travel.
Key Responsibilities
Integrated Marketing, full-funnel Marketing strategies & plans:
Develop marketing strategies and plans for the Manufacturing group (Installed base & New business) to deliver demand generation and pipeline acceleration goals that are aligned with our sales strategy.
This includes budget allocations and coverage across target geographies and channels (QAD vs other).
Guide the team to plan and execute the marketing plans including campaigns and localization of content and events following an established global Marketing / Sales process within the budget allocated.
Coach, plan and guide the team to leverage digital marketing. strategies/tactics/programs, with a digital first mindset.
Lead cross-organizational collaboration and alignment for revenue-first campaigns for both net new and install base targets.
This includes the revenue generating process cohesion throughout a buyer’s journey.
Both people processes and systems will play a critical role in ensuring speed to lead, speed to revenue and ultimately team efficiency & efficacy.
Campaign & Revenue Performance Reporting/KPI:
Monitor and enhance plans/campaigns through weekly review and reporting.
Measure, report, and optimize marketing spending for the greatest return.
Cross-organizational reporting and visibility.
Deliver against agreed-upon objective measures for demand generation of Marketing Qualified Leads, Sales Accepted Leads, Pipeline Generation and Acceleration including aggregate measures as well as those by geography.
Manage, guide, mentor and develop a strong team of marketers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required or Masters degree preferred, CPIM certification preferred, Pragmatic Institute Certifications preferred.
10+ years experience driving revenue impact through marketing in B2B Enterprise Software
5+ years experience leading and managing a team (3+) direct reports
Experience with Marketing Automation required. (Marketo experience a plus)
Experience with Salesforce CRM
Experience in account-based marketing tactics
Advanced knowledge of digital marketing landscape and emerging technologies and trends especially in the social and mobile space
Good understanding and practical knowledge of web strategy
Excellent strategic thinking and leadership skills, including influencing

Comprehensive Compensation package
Compensation Package:
Base pay range: $150,000-180,000 USD Annual (12 Months) base salary + bonus plan
Placement within our pay range will vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and market location variations as well as internal peer equity.
U.S. benefits package includes medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, paid-time off, parental leave, and well-being programs.
