• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
• Deliver hands-on, patient centered treatment and education

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)

Compensation: $78k - $95k+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
