Industrial Electro-Mechanic (NIGHT SHIFT)

Are you someone who enjoys working night shift? Do you have at least 2-3 years of industrial electro-mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment? This job with a great company in Gainesville could be for you! Our client needs someone who is comfortable and experienced with industrial maintenance and troubleshooting PLC's/ electrical repairs. Must be able to train on 1st shift from 8am-5pm for 2-3 months, and then move to a rotating night shift schedule (8pm-8am) on a 3-2-2-3 schedule. Room for growth and advancement!

salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
shift: Third
work hours: 8 PM - 8 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic,
and hydraulic equipment.
• Perform daily and monthly safety inspections.
• Make mechanical and electrical repairs as needed to all equipment as instructed by the
Maintenance Manager.
• Assist with maintenance and documentation of spare parts inventory.
• Assists with new projects as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
• Assists with building maintenance (landscaping, sprinkler system, housekeeping, HVAC, lighting,
etc.) as instructed by the Maintenance Manager.
• Support the documentation of plant equipment and/or processes as required.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs

Skills

• Industrial Maintenance (3 years of experience is required)
• PLC Troubleshooting (1 year of experience is required)
• Pneumatics (1 year of experience is required)
• Hydraulics (1 year of experience is required)
• HVAC Systems (1 year of experience is required)
