Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Talent Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in recruiting, training, or a related people-focused role , and thrive in a fast-paced environment . This role will be responsible for guiding talent acquisition strategies, supporting hiring managers, and helping to build a strong, engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and recommend qualified candidates for a variety of roles.
Support onboarding and training initiatives to ensure new hires integrate successfully.
Build strong talent pipelines and maintain positive candidate experiences.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes.
Provide guidance and support on talent development initiatives as needed.
Collaborate across departments to meet evolving workforce needs.
Qualifications:
Experience in recruiting, training, HR, or related fields.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition and development.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR tools preferred.
