We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Certified Personal Trainer to inspire and motivate our female clients on their fitness journeys. In this role, you will deliver personalized training sessions and foster a positive environment that encourages health and wellness. Your expertise in physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics will ensure clients achieve their goals safely and efficiently. As a key member of our team, you will also support sales efforts to grow our community of fitness enthusiasts. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people's lives through fitness and grow with the business.
Duties
- Lead small group training sessions with enthusiasm and clear instruction
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, safety protocols, and injury prevention strategies
- Support sales initiatives by promoting personal training membership options
- Foster a motivating environment during small group fitness sessions
- Track client progress regularly, adjusting programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement
Skills
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics to create safe and effective training plans
- Proven experience in personal training with small group experience preferred
- Ability to adapt workout programs tailored to diverse client needs
- Excellent communication skills to motivate clients and explain complex concepts clearly
- Familiarity with gym equipment and gym operations
