We are searching for a Plant Manager to take charge of a 150+ person automotive manufacturing facility in Buford, GA. This site specializes in thermoforming and box foaming, with automation projects already underway. It is a high-visibility plant that needs a leader who can roll up their sleeves, engage with the team, and steer operations through customer demands, audits, and escalations, while building momentum toward long-term success.

What you will be doing

• Leading day-to-day operations for a 150 to 160 person manufacturing facility

• Driving engagement and culture alignment across the plant floor

• Overseeing thermoforming and foaming processes while integrating automation projects

• Managing customer expectations, audits, and escalations with confidence

• Balancing strategic leadership with a hands-on presence on the shop floor

• An automotive manufacturing background is a must

• Hands-on leadership style, visible, approachable, and action-oriented

• Strong track record in operational turnaround or improvement projects
